How featured listings work
- Verification first. After checkout we check that your certification is Active on the JBCC list and confirm through the email the JBCC publishes for you. Your placement goes live within 1 business day after verification. If we can't verify it, you get a full refund.
- Max 3 featured servers per county, first come, first served. If a county is full, we'll offer another county or a full refund.
- Featured placement is advertising. It is always labeled "Featured" and never changes what we show about certification.
- If a certification stops being Active, the placement pauses. If it isn't restored before renewal, we cancel and stop billing.
- Cancel anytime in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. 7-day refund on your first charge. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms.
- We don't sell reviews, ratings or "verified" status. Verification comes only from the state list.
